Becky has seventeen years of progressively senior experience on impact strategy, programme management and MEL, spanning the charitable, higher education, private and public sectors. She specialises in the use of participatory Theory of Change approaches to inform the creation of impact support and assessment functions that enable programme improvement, enhance donor accountability and maximise impact.
Becky joined LTSI in 2019 to lead an expanding portfolio of ‘Research for Development’ work. She is currently Team Leader on LTS’s evaluation of Phase 3 of the ESRC-DFID Joint Fund for Poverty Alleviation Research Programme. She is also leading the Research Fairness module of the Main Evaluation of the Global Challenges Research Fund.
Prior to joining LTSI, Becky was Impact Manager for the DFID- and Research Council-funded Ecosystem Services for Poverty Alleviation (ESPA) programme.
