Lucy is a Monitoring Evaluation and Learning professional with more than 10 years’ experience in the Humanitarian, Human Rights and International Development sectors. She is a skilled facilitator with experience of a range of approaches including Theory of Change, Outcome Mapping and Most Significant Change. She is also skilled in Qualitative and Quantitative methodologies developed academically and through field work. She is a confident communicator that enjoys working as part of a team. She has experience of managing teams, evaluations and relationships with other departments and organisations. Lucy has very strong written skills, having been required to produce reports for a range of audiences. She has experience working with partners in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
