Lucy joined LTS in 2018 having previously worked in Monitoring Evaluation and Learning in the Humanitarian, Human Rights and International Development sectors. This included the development of MEL frameworks and structures at organisational and programme levels with a strong focus on measuring behaviour change, particularly in relation to vulnerable and hard to reach populations in the global south.
Lucy is experienced in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, with particular expertise in theory based, participatory and people centred approaches, including Theory of Change, Outcome Harvesting and Contribution Analysis.
She is an experienced manager having managed teams, evaluations and relationships with partners through work in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Through this work she has developed significant experience in using pragmatic and creative approaches to engage and mentor of none technical audiences on MEL.
