Our facilitation work ranges from long-term change management processes in government to one-off workshops, seminars, retreats, and working groups. We deliver capacity building through mentoring and coaching as well as through formal training, extension and field support with government ministries, communities and civil society groups. We assess capacities and assist individuals and organisations with be-spoke advice, training and mentoring to improve skills and knowledge.
Our approach to training is to be practical and use the experience of participants to maximise their learning experience. Lectures, discussion, group work, practical exercises, field visits, role play and case studies are used as delivery modes.
