Uganda, Natural Forest Management & Conservation Project – Evaluation

An end-of-phase evaluation team spent four weeks in Uganda conducting extensive field visits to forest reserves and meeting with the main institutional stakeholders. The points covered included:

  • The project identification and design process
  • The efficiency and effectiveness of implementation
  • The overall impact of the project
  • Lessons to be learnt and recommendations for future EU support to the forest sector
