MA in Globalisation and International Development, University of East Anglia, 2013, BSc (Hons), University of East Anglia, 2012.

After finishing her Master’s in Globalisation and International Development, focussing on REDD+ and Climate Change, Hannah gained international experience of working on REDD+, forest governance, climate change adaptation and resilience. Her passion for development stems from completing her Undergraduate thesis on charcoal commodity chains in Tanzania, which led her to study the governance of REDD+ in Indonesia for her Masters thesis. Having worked in these countries, she has first-hand experience of teamwork in difficult working environments and the adaptability needed to coordinate across stakeholder groups. Hannah joined LTS to contribute to a number of current and upcoming projects, in particular the Analysis of Drivers of Deforestation and Forest Degradation study in Malawi.

Hannah’s key roles include providing support for project management and communications, conducting meta-analyses, supporting research, monitoring and evaluation across thematic areas. Previously, Hannah worked as a Research Assistant for the Overseas Development Institute.
