LTS consultant Philippa Lincoln was in Bonn, Germany at the beginning of June to attend the Bonn Climate Change Talks. Philippa presented the projections for mitigation through cropland management and grassland management in 2030 at a UK side event organised by the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC). This side event focused on the potential greenhouse gas impacts of future Land Use, Land-Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF) activities in developed countries. Taking place on the penultimate day of the climate talks, this side event generated a great deal of interest and the presentation was particularly well received.
