LTS, in collaboration with Le Groupe-conseil baastel, CDM (Malawi) and TSP (Malawi), has started a project in Malawi to design and support implementation of a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework for the joint DFID, Irish Aid and Norwegian Embassy Enhancing Community Resilience Programme (ECRP). The role of LTS will be to support NGO implementing partners to develop and implement robust base lines and M&E frameworks, and to conduct external reviews and evaluations. The project will run until 2016.
