Lesley took up the post of Project Manager of the Darwin Initiative in 2008. Her role is varied and includes providing project management support to the Darwin administrative team, technical support to projects in the delivery of the various Darwin Initiative projects and applications management support. Additionally she plays a large role in the provision of the Monitoring and Evaluation component of the Darwin Initiative including reviews of annual and final reports, Mid Term Evaluations of selected projects, organisation and facilitation of workshops, delivery of learning & brieing notes, Thematic reviews of the Darwin Initiative programme with respect to its support to the CBD. Finally Lesley also plays a strong role in the delivery of the many communication elements of this programme including the website content and quality, the newsletter, the Darwin lecture, the Darwin workshops, and the briefing notes.
