Qualifications MSc (by research) Behavioural Ecology, Manchester Metropolitan University, 2003; BSc (Hons) Zoology University of Newcastle upon Tyne, 2001. Member of Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (MIEEM) Lesley joined LTS in 2007 as a Consultant. Lesley's background falls within the remit of research development, sustainable natural resource management and project management. Lesley is a specialist in coastal zone management particularly through the sustainable use of natural resources using community-based conservation in the Indian Ocean, Caribbean and South Pacific. Lesley is experienced in marine and coastal ecology, project management, policy research & consultation, grant management, monitoring and evaluation. She has a range of skills to be used in both the field and remote management situations such as: field project management & coordination, delivery of specialist training programs to all levels, development of training materials, workshop facilitation, mentoring, provision of environmental education, tropical environmental monitoring and research, and community participation schemes.
