Bright Sibale has worked on and off with LTS since 1999. He is currently Managing Director of the Centre for Development, a private learning and consulting facility specialised in project planning and management and based in Lilongwe, Malawi. Through this initiative Bright has been assisting government, NGOs, donor agencies, faith-based organisations and the private sector in technical assistance with project management. Bright was previously Coordinator of Malawi's National Forest Programme formulation process, and is now convener of the Forestry Governance Learning Group. He has also been selected as an Adjunct Consultant with the Malawi Institute of Management where he has already been providing project management expertise to their courses.
