As LTS Managing Director, Heather brings a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and risks of working in developing and transition countries. She is a senior level commercial and business manager with more than 18 years working in the private sector, 9 of them here at LTS. The first half of Heathers professional career has been spent working outside traditional fields of international development with a "big four" accountancy company delivering internal and external audit and compliance services. Certainly, she brings a diverse skill-set that has added great value to LTS corporate communications, strategic planning, organisational performance, financial management and systems development during her 5 years so far as our Managing Director.
