David has more than 30 years professional experience in the forest industries both as a consultant and senior manager. He brings an extensive portfolio of working on long and short-term donor funded projects as well as private facility operations concerned with forest management, timber harvesting and wood processing, and forest product marketing. His practice ranges from conducting resource and industrial round wood and co-product supply/demand assessments, economic evaluation and impact of large-scale investment, design of financing frameworks, strategic and operational planning, and models for enterprise restructuring. David is currently the LTS Team Leader in Montenegro on the Forest Sector Development Project funded by Lux Development.
