Phil has more than 28 years experience in project management, the management of protected areas in Africa, and in protected area planning. He has become a highly experienced Project Manager of multidisciplinary teams with experience of managing funding from the EU and other agencies and of integrated community development programmes. He is also experienced in project cycle management and the application of logical framework methods and in financial control and project administration. He is the main author of several management plans for National Parks and has specialised in making plans easy to use and achievable with available resources. Phil is currently working with LTS as the Team Leader of the EC-funded Protected Areas Development Programme in Ghana.
