Lesley joined LTS in 2007 as an Environmental Consultant. Lesley's background falls within the remit of research development and project management. Specialising in coastal zone management through sustainable use of natural resources and community-based conservation in Indian Ocean, Caribbean and South Pacific. Lesley is experienced in field project management & coordination, development of training materials, mentoring, provision of environmental education, policy research, tropical environmental monitoring and research, and community participation schemes.
