Paddy is an experienced team leader and consultant having 20 years practice supporting institutional strengthening from a background of ecology, socio-economics, and institutional development. Paddy believes in learning-led approaches to institutional transformation and has studied and successfully applied complexity approaches to support organisation development processes under complex, unpredictable, conditions. Paddy currently manages a number of LTSI's long-term projects throughout Africa and supports our grant management programmes. His consultancy work focuses on supporting monitoring and evaluation processes for a range of clients and delivering institutional assessments and policy analyses, particularly in relation to environmental services and climate change.
